I've been taking my cars here since their old location near the Airport about 8 years ago. I'm a VERY picky person and I honestly believe that these guys get their tint as close to perfect as possible. I can't recommend any other place that I've tried over the years. On the customer service side of things, Chris is very patient and helpful. Even when I felt like the things that I questioned or nitpicked about seemed petty, he never made me feel like I was being a pain. For instance, I had him come back outside to check my car multiple times in one visit. And he took swift action to remedy my concerns and fix an issue that I had the very same day I called about it. You won't be treated better, or have a more premium job done anywhere else.

Phenomenal experience EVERY single time — and that’s not something I say lightly. We’ve been loyal customers of Dom at Prestige Auto Spa since 2020, both for our personal vehicles and company vehicles. From the very first interaction, Dom has been incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. You actually feel like a valued customer here, not just another appointment on the books — and in today’s world, that means everything. Customer service is dying, but not here! Today we came in for another window tint service and Dom and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park. The quality of the work speaks for itself, but it’s the care behind it that keeps us coming back year after year. Thank you, Prestige Auto Spa, for your consistently excellent service, and thank you, Dom, for always making us feel welcome and taken care of. We’ll definitely be seeing you again soon for another window tint!

Prestige Auto Spa was highly recommended to me by the BMW dealership up the road after I purchased a vehicle and inquired about getting the windshield tinted. I reached out and left a voicemail, and my call was returned within minuets. Based on their professionalism and pricing, I also asked them to remove the rear badges from the vehicle. Shortly after, I received follow-up photos showing the badges removed and the area properly polished, clean, and free of any residue. Not long after that, they sent additional photos confirming the windshield tint was completed. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent and proactive, with the shop owner even taking extra photos for my peace of mind, which was greatly appreciated. The level of service and attention to detail was impressive, and although I have not yet seen the vehicle in person, the quality of the work appears outstanding. Overall, a true five-star experience and I would confidently recommend Prestige Auto Spa to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and detail-oriented service.

This place is the absolute best. You can trust that Jackie, Dom and the rest of the team will make your vehicle look better than new. Reasonable prices, fast turnaround and a guarantee you won't find anywhere else. Prestige auto spa is the only place my family trust with all our vehicles.

In short - Prestige does incredible and efficient work at a good value, and I highly recommend them to anyone taking them under consideration. Prestige Auto Spa had come recommended through a friend of mine who swore by the company. I have brought my car in for detailing, tinting and most recently a ceramic coating. I am someone who is perfectionist when it comes their vehicles and Prestige was great about answering any questions I had before completing the services. For the detailing and tinting they have done, they have been the most efficient of any shop I've taken my vehicles to. Dom and the team are awesome about communicating with you while your vehicle is in with them. They were very good at explaining how to take care of the ceramic coating to keep it in the best shape moving forward. The work they have done so far has been nothing short of outstanding, and I drive nearly an hour down from Cleveland because I know my vehicle is in good hands. I have referred family to come to them and they have had very positive experiences as well. Prestige has earned themselves a life-long customer!
